Moving forward, HRL undertook development of luxurious housing projects. This domain of HRL’s excellence - first started in 2002 when HRL joined hands with Defense Housing Authority Islamabad. DHAI phase-1 and phase-1 extension as well as DHAI phase II and Phase-II extensions stand testimony to HRL’s quality development & excellent delivery.

Capitalizing on its professional capacity and outstanding development approach using ISO certified total quality management (TQM) measures and customer satisfaction - HRL joined hands with Bahria Town.

Under this collaboration, HRL developed Bahria Town Phase-7, Phase-8, Bahria Garden City, Bahria Spring South.

These projects were undertaken by HRL on design-&-build basis.
